If you are considering the base MacBook Pro because it’s a cheaper option, but you feel that the Air isn’t powerful enough and the iMac isn’t portable enough, beware that even at £1,249 the MacBook Pro isn’t a ‘cheap’ alternative, in fact we think that given its age it should be cheaper. The MacBook Air, even the iMac, would be a better value choice we think.
